The Premier and MLAs received a 2.3% cost of living increase in 2019. Unifor members are being offered much less. That’s why we’re saying “Hey Premier Moe, if its good enough for you, its good enough for me.”

POWER IN UNITY

Unifor members at SaskTel, SaskEnergy, SaskPower, SaskWater, DirectWest, SecurTek, and the Water Security Agency are on strike to fight a wage freeze imposed by the provincial government.

WHY DO THE TOP BRASS ALWAYS GET RAISES?

Senior executives at the Crown corporations always get huge increases, including the VP of SaskPower. Brian Ketcheson got a whopping $275,000 raise in 2018. The top brass at the Crown Corporations all make more than $500,000 per year.

Unifor workers are critical to the Crowns' success. From delivering the country’s most inexpensive cellphone plans, to the power that runs our homes and businesses, Crown workers perform important work that touches the lives of virtually every person in Saskatchewan.
